Postgraduate Information Week is a dedicated event designed to help you explore the benefits of postgraduate study and how it can enhance your career prospects.

Throughout the week, we’ll be hosting live Q&As, discussions, and presentations from industry professionals and current students. These sessions will cover a range of topics, including the application process, student finance, career opportunities, and more, providing valuable insights into what postgraduate study can offer.

Postgraduate Information Week 2025 kicks off on Monday, 24 February, with two key sessions. At midday, join us for our How to apply to Postgraduate Study/Postgraduate Student Finance session, where we’ll guide you through the application process and the important financial details of postgraduate study. In the afternoon, our Postgraduate Career Prospects: The Value of Postgraduate Study in the Labour Market talk will explore how a postgraduate qualification can enhance your professional prospects.

On Tuesday, 25 February, join our Postgraduate Routes into Specialised Health Vocations session to find out more about career opportunities in these fields. Later, the Live Q&A: How Postgraduate Study Can Maximise Your Career Prospects will discuss how studying for a postgraduate qualification can unlock new career opportunities.

On Wednesday, 26 February, our sessions will be dedicated to prospective international students. In the afternoon, International 101 offers advice for international students considering postgraduate study, followed by a Live Q&A: International Student Panel with current international students sharing their experiences.

On Thursday, 27 February, join our midday Postgraduate Courses & Student Life at the University of Suffolk talk to learn about available courses and what it's like being a postgraduate student here at the University of Suffolk. Later in the afternoon, our Live Q&A: Home PG Student Panel session will feature current our home students discussing their experiences of postgraduate study at the University.

The week wraps up on Friday, 28 February, with two afternoon sessions: an Online Campus Tour showcasing our buildings and facilities and a Unibuddy Chat with Academics session, where you can learn about the Unibuddy platform and talk with academic staff about postgraduate courses.

Throughout the week, pre-recorded course introduction videos will also be available, offering a closer look at courses to help inform your postgraduate decisions.
