Rosanna Douglas-Head

Rosanna manages the Student Recruitment Team within the Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International, with the aim to maximise recruitment and conversion across the university. Rosanna’s focus is creating beneficial working relationships within schools and colleges across the UK, running large scale events and Postgraduate recruitment. She also manages a number of regional student recruitment officers based across the UK.

Rosanna has worked at various universities in the UK since 2013, holding roles within Student Recruitment Teams, targeting both the UK and Europe, as well as events management, before joining the University of Suffolk in 2021.

Before her working career, Rosanna studied at the University of Hertfordshire where she graduated with a degree in BSc (Hons) Psychology. Rosanna continued her studies with a MSc in Psychology, and has undertaken a range of professional qualifications in both marketing and events.
