I started working in the Library and Learning services as a Faculty Liaison Assistant when University Campus Suffolk was created in 2007. I worked within the customer service team working on the help desk and assisting the Librarians with checking reading lists and book ordering. As part of this role I also assisted with the online resources.
I joined the Digital Learning Team when it was formed within the department in 2015. My role in the team is to ensure the smooth running of all systems within Learning Services. Daily maintenance, administration and development of Learning Services Systems. This includes the management of the Library Management system, Summon search tool, eResource management tool and virtual learning environment. I also collect and correlate monthly usage statistics of the online resources generating reports for review with annual subscription renewals.
