Jim works within the Digital & IT team as an IT Service Desk Analyst, providing high quality technical support to our staff and students for their digital needs, having joined the university in 2022.
Jim's educational background includes a BSc in Computer Networks from the University of Essex. With over 20 years of experience, he has developed exceptional skills in providing excellent customer service, guidance, and support.
