Emma Gwinnutt

Emma has worked in several departments at the University of Suffolk prior to joining the People & OD department in 2021. She now undertakes the full range of operational HR administration through the employee lifecycle from contract management, new starters, pensions, payroll, changes to personal details and terms and conditions, pay reviews, leavers, and references.

Emma is a graduate of the University of Exeter and has worked in investment banking in London and Hong Kong, before joining the University of Suffolk in 2007.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD).
