Dr Tina Davey

Dr Tina Davey is a Lecturer in Law. She was a practising Criminal law barrister in London for many of years, before entering academia. She was awarded a LLM, with distinction, in ‘Media Law, Policy and Practise’ from UEA and then her PhD entitled ‘Until death do us part: post-mortem privacy rights for the ante mortem person’. Tina has taught for a number of years both at UEA and University of Suffolk on various modules including, Criminal Law, Tort, Contract, Administrative Law, English Legal Process, Research Methods and Legal Ethics.
