Donna Phillips

Donna joined the University in July 2022.

Donna is a People Business Partner responsible for partnering with the following directorates Business Engagement, Careers and Entrepreneurship, Learning and Teaching, Student Life and Registry Services, Directorate of Marketing, Communications and International and Directorate of the Centre for Academic and International Partnerships.

Donna is MCIPD qualified with 19 years’ experience as an HR professional within the Education Sector.  Previous to working at the University Donna worked in an advisory and operational capacity at Suffolk New College for five years; for Schools’ Choice for seven years, providing HR advice to Primary, Secondary Schools and Academy Trusts and prior to that Suffolk College (FE and HE).
