Daisy studied Drama & Applied Theatre in Education at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama from 2011-2014. She went on to study and complete a Level 3 qualification in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training before moving on to work with school sports outreach programmes in North West London in conjunction with Virgin Active. Following on from this, Daisy taught Drama & Performing Arts at a secondary school. 

In 2018, Daisy began working for the Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco) project at the University of Suffolk as a Higher Education Champion (HEC). During this time, Daisy worked with three secondary schools and a further education college in West Suffolk, providing intervention and IAG activities based around progression to Further and Higher Education. In 2024 Daisy became the Head of Engagement and Belonging.

Most recently, Daisy has become a County Co-ordinator for the project, co-ordinating the Suffolk element of the Uni Connect national project and overseeing HECs based in West and North Suffolk, who work to increase passion and ambition among learners, and provide advice and insight into the world of Higher Education.
