Charlie Beer

Charlie has always had a passion for human biology and qualified as a midwife at the University of Manchester in 2011.

A keen interest in fetal medicine led Charlie to a level 7 qualification as a third-trimester fetal sonographer at Birmingham University. The observation of the birthing population becoming more diverse, higher in risk and more medically complex led her to perform research and achieve a Master's qualification in advanced midwifery practice.

Charlie continues to practice clinically and is delighted to join the Midwifery team at the University Of Suffolk to encourage students to share the same love of midwifery.
