Chantalle joined the University at its inception in 2007 and is very proud to have seen the university evolve to the University of Suffolk. Prior to joining, she worked in various roles within education including Further Education (FE), private training provision and prisons and brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience.
Chantalle completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Careers Education, Advice, and Guidance in Higher Education (PGCEIAG) at the University of Warwick, which furthered her interest in pedagogy for employability and more recently completed her Masters in Education Studies.
Chantalle leads student services in the areas of international, faith, disability, mental health and wellbeing, counselling and student finance; as well as leading and collaborating on institutional advancements in the areas of inclusivity, equality, diversity, employability and student experience.
Chantalle is a Designated Safeguarding Officer for the Ipswich Campus.
The Department of Student Life brings together a range of services which offer integral support as well also opportunities for continuing development.
