Get in Touch
If you're a student or graduate, or have questions about the support we offer at the University of Suffolk, please email us on careers@uos.ac.uk.
If you're an external organisation looking to connect with University of Suffolk students and graduates, please email us on connect@uos.ac.uk.
Our Working With Us page also provides a summary of the variety of ways you can engage with our students.
If you are a student or graduate at the University of Suffolk (from Ipswich, East Coast College, Suffolk New College or West Suffolk College), and know that you want to book a one-to-one appointment with a Consultant, you can book a slot by visiting our bookings page. If you can't find a slot that works for you, please email us on careers@uos.ac.uk and we will find a slot for you.
Graduates of the University of Suffolk (from Ipswich, East Coast College, Suffolk New College or West Suffolk College) are still able to access our support for life after graduation, which includes booking one-to-one appointments. If you would like to book an appointment, please follow the same steps above. If you have any problems accessing the appointment booking system, please contact us via email or telephone.
Appointments can be held in person, via Microsoft Teams or over the phone, so you can reach us no matter where you are in the world.
If you have graduated from one of our Partner institutions that is not listed above, you will need to contact the Careers team at the location you studied. For example, if you studied at Global Banking School (GBS) in Birmingham, you will need to contact their Careers and Employability team directly for Alumni support.
You can speak to the team on 01473 338840.
Come and see us in the Enterprise and Careers Zone, located in L0.02, in the Library Building (next to the SU Shop) on the Ipswich campus.
We open Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, except for bank holidays and the Christmas closure week.
We sometimes have to close for short periods to allow the team to complete training and attend meetings. This doesn't happen very often, but if you are making a special trip to campus to visit the Zone, feel free to email us on careers@uos.ac.uk to check we will be open.
