Thank you for applying to the University of Suffolk and welcome to the Applicant Area.

This page is here to support you throughout your application journey, right up until you arrive. You can track your application status in the Manage My Application area, find out what your next steps are after for arranging student finance, or exploring accommodation options, and finally get prepared for Welcome Week and your first day. The Applicant Area ensures you're fully prepared for life at Suffolk. Stay connected, and make the most of the resources available as you embark on this exciting new chapter.

                                                                 Manage My Application

At the sign-in prompt you should enter username@uos.ac.uk (substituting username for the unique username found in your application acknowledgement email). You will then be prompted for your password, which can also be found in your acknowledgement email.

Those who applied in clearing should not expect to receive an acknowledgement email. You will instead receive your log in details closer to the start of the course.

  • Our Student Life team is here to support you throughout your studies with personalised advice and mentoring services. We also offer counselling and mental health support, including a 24/7 counselling helpline, and financial advice, from managing your money to understanding student finance.

  • We offer comprehensive support and advice throughout your time at university, including academic support such as study assistance and reasonable adjustments, as well as general support and wellbeing services. We can also direct you to specialist services.

  • Our Careers, Employability & Enterprise team provides resources like job boards and a Careers Fair with part-time opportunities. The team can support with applications, CVs, and interview preparation through one-to-one services and online resources.
