16 single occupancy study bedrooms. 12 bedrooms have a full ensuite with shower, toilet and basin; for the remaining four bedrooms, each have their own ensuite toilet and basin, and one communal shower per two bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers, wardrobe, study desk and chair and curtains or window blind.

The property benefits from 4 communal kitchens 4 dining areas, 3 lounge areas, a conservatory, study area and 3 laundry rooms. There is also a large garden to the rear of the property with a clothes drying area and storage for bicycles.

1 week's rent will be due as a holding deposit to hold the room. An additional 3 week's rent will be due before moving in. This property is not suitable for families with children. Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. There are no parking facilities for residents.
