Rachael has worked at the institution since its inception in 2007 (University Campus Suffolk), previously working at Suffolk College before transferring across.  Prior to this appointment, Rachael worked as Professional Assistant to the Executive Dean at Suffolk College/University Campus Suffolk within the Faculty of Health/School of Health and Sports Sciences where she was also pivotal in the development of Alumni relations.

Rachael has worked in various roles within the Further and Higher Education sector since 1999, initially commencing employment as a Research Assistant working for the Centre for Applied Research into Small and Medium Sized Organisations before working as a Personal Assistant to several senior staff members including Head of School, Executive Dean, Director of Academic Development and Head of Quality Enhancement.

Rachael’s responsibilities include being the main contact for the Dean of School and providing administration support, diary management and assisting the School Manager in her role. Rachael is secretary to the School Executive team and School Academic Committee.
