Euan joined the University as a Placement Administrator in January 2024. He has previously worked at the University of Leicester as a Research Assistant after graduating in Sociology Ba (Hons). Euan has also previously worked at Curtis Banks and other various customer service roles.
He has obtained a 1st Dan black belt in JKA Shotokan Karate and has won a bronze medal at national level. He thoroughly enjoys traveling and is a certified scuba diver.
Euan's dissertation centered around Cryptomarkets and the Dark Web in the university environment for which he received the Ilya Neustadt award for outstanding contribution to research. He maintains an interest in this research area alongside other Sociological topics.
