Paul DiMambro

Paul is a Visiting Senior Fellow in the Suffolk Sustainability Institute. Paul has over twenty years’ experience in urban regeneration, environmental management, sustainability and social value delivery and leadership. His early career was pursued in the Social Housing, Local Government and Voluntary sectors and more recently in the Construction and Infrastructure sectors. He is currently ESG Manager – Social Value at the New Nuclear Build Company Sizewell C where he is accountable for implementing strategies and procedures to ensure the delivery and assurance of the Sizewell C Social Value commitments within the ESG and Radiation Strategy Directorate.

Paul has skills and experience in initiatives to promote Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, was the founding member of a construction company LGBTQIA+ employee network and is currently the Sizewell C representative on The Rainbow Forum established to increase LGBTQIA+ representation within the nuclear sector.
