Lauren Gardner

Lauren worked as a journalist for 11 years before moving into PR, working at two Suffolk-based PR agencies with clients across the education, construction, travel, charity and finance sectors.
During this time, her work won a succession of industry awards for PR and she developed growth strategies for clients that led to a host of business and digital award wins too.
Work has included overseeing strategies to align campaigns with key objectives, planning projects, developing client and stakeholder relationships, among much more.

Outside of work, Lauren loves spending time with her husband and two young children, and she is a keen cyclist, having completed a ride from London to Paris for charity in 2023.
