Pioneered and executed Timetabling auto scheduling achieving a 90% success rate in constructing efficient timetables through automation. Streamlined timetabling processes and procedures which reduced the number of data entry points required to substantially reduce the level of manual intervention required in the timetabling process. This was attained in several ways:

1. created a web-based data collecting tool which used SQL to add, manage and access content directly into the timetabling software.

2. documented and mapped the existing timetabling practices to develop new processes, procedures and policy which were in-line with the strategic aims for several prestigious HEI's

3. Scaled timetabling software to align with new business policies and procedures, delivering efficient solutions.

4. Authored a compelling business case advocating for the adoption of Software as a Service for timetabling software.
