Michelle Faccenda-Tait

Michelle has spent the last 6 years in campus services and facilities management, previously working for a Multi-Academy Trust covering Norfolk and Suffolk, looking after 12 schools, responsible for managing capital projects and associated schemes, developing and delivering facilities across the trust. Michelle has a BSc in Building Surveying from the University College of Estate Management, and a prior Diploma in Counselling.

It is safe to say that it took Michelle a while to settle on facilities as her career, by chance it happens to have been the area that peeked her interest, but the varied work history has all helped with a greater understanding that for Michelle facilities is the field for her.
