Kate Ho

Kate joined the Estates Team in 2023 as Head of Health and Safety. Kate has spent most of her career within the construction industry leading Health and Safety Teams and managing a portfolio of external clients to deliver health and safety services, deliver CPD training as well as providing inhouse occupational health and safety advice. Kate has gained chartered status as CMIOSH (Institute of Safety and Health) MCABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers) and CMgr MCMI (Chartered Manager Institute).

Kate has also mentored colleagues through their chartership routes which she finds very rewarding. Kate believes that continuous personal development should be encouraged and opens opportunities to develop careers and aspirations. Kate also sits on the IOSH Peer Review Interview Panel to assess the next wave of Chartered Safety and Health professionals into the industry.
