Gemma understands the importance of collaborative working having over 20 years experience in the sales and recruitment industry, working with businesses across England from start-ups to blue-chip corporations and having qualified within 'Management and Leadership' and 'Project Management'. Since 2019 she has focused her career within the training and education sector, utilising her skills and supporting businesses by supplying new recruits via government backed employment programmes.
