Dive into your creativity at this year’s Suffolk Children’s Literature Festival!

Do you have a brilliant idea for picture book, middle grade, or young adult readers? Are you keen to develop your craft as a children’s book illustrator or gain insider tips on pitching your work to agents? If so, join us on Saturday 18 May for the third annual Suffolk Children’s Literature Festival.

Our specialist workshops with authors, illustrators, and literary agents will help you to hone your skills, learn more about the industry and join a vibrant creative community. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, our festival will ignite your passion for children's fiction.

The theme for SCLF2024 is Extraordinary Journeys. Set sail with our authors and illustrators, travel to unforgettable story worlds and create characters young readers will follow anywhere.

Limited tickets are available for this event. Please book early to reserve your place. Discounts are available for students, University of Suffolk alumni, and SCBWI members.
